Welcome to LAB24 Medical Diagnostic Centre’s website. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or reviewing medical content provided here, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. General
   LAB24 Medical Diagnostic Centre (“LAB24”, “we”, “our”) is a medical diagnostic facility based in Hyderabad, India. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website, mobile booking platform, services, and any communication with LAB24.
2. Medical Disclaimer
   All medical information on this site is for general informational purposes only and not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Diagnostic test results should be interpreted by your treating doctor, who will correlate them with your medical history and symptoms.
3. Online Booking and Payments
   Patients may book appointments online for home sample collection or walk-in testing. Payment can be made online or at the center. Once booked, confirmation will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
   LAB24 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Eligible refunds will be processed as outlined in our refund policy.
4. Sample Collection & Test Processing
   Home sample collection is available in selected areas only and subject to slot availability. Collected samples are processed as per NABL standards where applicable. Turnaround time (TAT) for reports may vary based on the test type. Any delay will be communicated proactively.
5. Report Delivery
   Reports are delivered via:

• Email
• WhatsApp (upon consent)
• Printed copy (on request)
  LAB24 is not responsible for third-party email/WhatsApp delivery failures.

1. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   All patient data, including test results, personal information, and payment details, are treated as strictly confidential. LAB24 complies with applicable data protection regulations in India and does not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the test is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, 90% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the test is cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time or for missed appointments without prior notice.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

1. Limitation of Liability
   While we ensure high standards of testing, LAB24 will not be liable for:

• Misinterpretation of reports by third parties
• Errors due to incorrect information provided by the patient
• Consequential damages from any delay in reporting

1. Intellectual Property
   All content on this site including logos, images, videos, and written material is the property of LAB24 and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
2. Changes to Terms
   LAB24 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
3. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
