- Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
- Walk-ins are welcome at all three centres during working hours. Booking online guarantees your slot and shows preparation instructions for your tests in advance.
- How does home sample collection work?
- Choose 'Home collection' while booking. A certified phlebotomist visits your address in your chosen time window, collects the sample hygienically, and your reports arrive on WhatsApp and email like any centre visit. Collection is free within our service areas.
- When will I get my reports?
- Most routine tests are reported the same day, many within a few hours. Each test page shows its expected report time. You'll get a WhatsApp and email the moment your verified report is ready.
- Which tests need fasting?
- Common fasting tests include blood sugar (fasting), lipid profile and iron studies — typically 10-12 hours without food (water is fine). Every test and package page states its fasting requirement, and your booking confirmation repeats it.
- How do I pay?
- Pay online while booking (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay) or pay at the centre / on collection in cash or UPI. The price online is the final price.
- Are my reports confidential?
- Yes. Reports are sent only to the phone number and email given at booking, and report links require phone verification to open. We never share results with anyone else.
- Can I book tests for a family member?
- Yes — enter the patient's own name, age and gender while booking (reports carry the patient's details). You can use your phone number for communication.
