Cancelling a booking
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge at any time before your sample is collected — call +91 82977 24 24 or reply to your booking confirmation on WhatsApp.
Refunds for online payments
- Cancelled before sample collection: full refund to the original payment method.
- Test could not be performed (e.g. sample quality issue with no recollection possible): full refund for that test.
- After sample collection: testing begins immediately, so amounts for collected samples are not refundable.
Refund timelines
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of confirmation and are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. Banks typically credit the amount within 5–7 working days.
Duplicate or failed payments
If a payment is debited but your booking shows unpaid, the gateway auto-reverses it within 5–7 working days. Reach us at +91 82977 24 24 if it takes longer.
