1. Services

Lab24 Diagnostics provides diagnostic laboratory (pathology) testing services at its Hyderabad centres and through home sample collection. Test results are provided for informational purposes to you and your treating doctor; they are not a medical diagnosis by themselves. Always consult a qualified physician to interpret reports.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made online, by phone or by walking in. Slot timings are approximate; during high demand we may call you to adjust. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge any time before sample collection by calling +91 82977 24 24 or replying to your confirmation message on WhatsApp.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website at the time of booking are final and inclusive — there are no hidden collection or reporting charges within our service areas. Payment can be made online through our payment partner Razorpay, or at the centre / on collection.

4. Reports

Reports are released after verification by our pathologist and delivered electronically to the phone number and email provided at booking. Report timelines shown on the site are typical, not guaranteed; occasional repeat analysis may extend them in the interest of accuracy.

5. Your responsibilities

Please follow the stated preparation (e.g. fasting) for your tests and provide accurate patient details — name, age, gender and contact information appear on the medical report and cannot be changed after release without re-verification.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a test is limited to the amount paid for that test. We are not liable for decisions taken without consulting a qualified medical practitioner.
