What we collect

To provide diagnostic services we collect: patient name, age, gender, phone number, email (optional), address (for home collection), doctor referral details (optional), booking history and your test reports.

How we use it

• To process bookings, collect samples and deliver reports.
• To send transactional messages (booking confirmation, reminders, report-ready alerts) on WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• To meet legal and medical record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell your data or share your medical reports with anyone other than you and, where you request it, your referring doctor.

How reports are protected

Reports are stored in access-controlled storage and shared only through links that require phone verification to open. Staff access is limited to what is needed to serve you.

Third-party processors

We use trusted processors to run our service: payment processing (Razorpay), WhatsApp messaging (Meta WhatsApp Business via AiSensy), email delivery, and secure cloud hosting. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion of your account information (subject to statutory medical record retention) by calling +91 82977 24 24.
